Conference facilities in Eastbourne

Welcome to the Elim Family Centre!

The Elim Family Centre is an excellent venue for conferences for small groups, and groups of up to 200 people.

Due to its excellent location, there is easy road access via the A22 and it is within walking distance from Eastbourne railway station.

Good quality accommodation is also available with close proximity to the centre. The conference facilites at Elim in Eastbourne include light, well equipped rooms and an extensive range of audio-visual equipment.

The Elim Family Centre is fully accessible to wheelchair users and includes wheelchair accessible toilet facilities for the disabled.

The facilities include four rooms.

Main Hall

Capacity: up to 200.
Location: Ground floor.
Buffet lunch details available on booking Our bright and spacious main auditorium provides an exceptional conference arena. It offers flexibility with quality and because of its high standard of adaptability it can be transformed from a conference arena into a seminar or exhibition space. Whatever your requirements the Main Hall is a professional venue that gives excellent value for money.
The Main Hall has extensive built-in audio-visual resources including video/ data projector, PA, CD playback, video and TV, broadband facility and visual TV facing the stage.
Included in the hire is our own sound engineer.

Jeffreys Room

Capacity: 60-80.
Location: Ground floor.
Our large, bright and open room is used as a central point for that all important networking during registration, coffee breaks and lunch. Many clients appreciate a separate registration area that lets them concentrate on finishing touches to the conference room without the guests present. This room has a mixture of soft chairs, sofas and tables. It also has an adjoining kitchen. It is complete with a large plasma screen with data input points.

Brewster Room

Capacity: 30-40.
Location: First floor.
The Brewster Room offers flexible accommodation and can be arranged to your specifications, including a data projector for those all important multimedia presentations. It is an ideal conference room or training room.

Lancaster Room

Capacity: 15-20.
Location: First floor.
The Lancaster Room is bright and airy and comes complete with flipchart/white board. This room is ideal as a board room or as an intimate lecture room.
